So I'm now a Radiography student, for the past two weeks the only "photos" I've taken have been of peoples' insides! Everything from pelvises to patellae, clavicles to calcanei. And obviously due to patient confidentiality, posting such works of art online would lead to "problems" (and rightly so). But Christmas is coming, and that means it's time for the annual photography field trip to Leigh Park and Fairlie for the lights. Sunglasses at the ready!

So I was in Manhattan last week on holiday, and therefore had some awesome photo opportunities. I really regret not getting a wide angle lens though :(

On Friday we headed over to Salisbury Plain to find Imber http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Imber as this weekend is one of the few times when it is open to the public. Imber is pretty hard to find, especially as it's not on any maps, so a few hours were just spent tearing through the plain looking for it. During which we discovered Copehill Down Training Village, which is used for FIBUA training (Fighting In Built Up Areas). It's a really awesome place, and is usually out of bounds to the public (it probably was on Friday too but nobody was there to stop us) so we had a good nose around before going off to find the real Imber.
